ARROSTICINI
Our award-winning Arrosticini is a specific type of skewer which are made from Lamb. A fan favorite for any and every occasion! Best grilled and simply topped with Mediterranean Sea Salt. The meat is all butchered and skewered by hand into small cubes and placed on a wooden skewer. Between the meat, a small piece of fat is placed to ensure the Lamb stays tender and bursting with flavor.

Vinegar
Gullo Specialty Foods is proud to be the only distributor of these special and unique Balsamic Vinegar in America. These traditionally made balsamic are made in small batches by a family in Modena, Italy.

ORO-ACETO BALSAMIC VINEGAR
Oro Balsamic. This Balsamic vinegar is aged for only 3 years, but has the flavor and look of a 20 year old balsamic. 80% of the grape is slowly cooked in copper pots to create a reduced grape must. Afterwards, it is added to the “mother” vinegar and aged in oak barrels for 3 years. This special process brings out exquisite results. It is less than half the price of 20+ year old vinegars but just as good.

Lambrusco (Rosso) A super tasty and delicate finishing vinegar made from 100% Lambrusco grape. The Rosso Balsamic Vinergar has a very low acidity, and is a great addition to salads, crudos, cocktails and various other applications. It is also drinkable which makes it more rare and unique product.

SETTEVELI CIOCCOLATE CAKE
Traditional Italian chocolate cake with alternating layers of chocolate sponge, praline crunch, hazelnut Bavarian cream & chocolate glaze on top.
SICILIAN CASSATA CAKE
Cassata consists of a round sponge cake moistened with fruit juices or liqueur and is layered with ricotta cheese and candied fruits, similar to the filling also used with cannoli. Cassata has a shell of marzipan, pink and green colored icing, with decorative designs that make this Italian pastry more mouthwatering.
CANNOLI
Cannoli are Italian pastries that originated from the Island of Sicily and are now a staple Sicilian cuisine. Cannoli consist of tube-shaped shells made out of fried pastry dough, filled with a sweet, creamy filling usually containing ricotta. Most cannoli are filled with a creamy filling that's usually made from ricotta cheese.

Cassatine Siciliane - are delicious little cakes filled with a sweet ricotta cream and covered with marzipan and royal icing. These Cassatine Siciliane are the snack version of the regular-sized Cassata Siciliana.
